Margarita Of The Month: Ginger Citrus Margarita

INGREDIENTS

• Kosher salt
• 1 lime wedge
• Ice, crushed
• ¼ cup Margaritaville Gold Tequila
• 2 T Margaritaville Triple Sec
• 1 T superfine sugar
• 3 T fresh lime juice
   

DIRECTIONS

1. Rim the glass with salt: Rub the lime wedge around the outside rim of a margarita glass and dip it in a saucer of the salt.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the tequila, triple sec, sugar, lime juice, and 3 tablespoons of water
3. Shake vigorously to combine ingredients and then pour the mixture, including the ice, into the prepared glass.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy immediately.

• .50 oz Jalapeno Syrup
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
