VIP by Wyndham is an exclusive program offered through Club Wyndham. This program is available to members owning at least 300,000 points. As a part of VIP by Wyndham, you receive benefits for exclusive vacation planning, enhancements during your resort stay, and extras all year long.

When logged in to your owner website, you can view it on the “My Dashboard” section. This information is also located on your Margaritaville Vacation Club ownership certificate, which was included in your contract documents that you received when completing your purchase.

Margaritaville Vacation Club is the exclusive vacation ownership product for Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville^®. Margaritaville also has other partners and have created a line of Margaritaville-branded hotels and resorts. These hotels are separate from the vacation ownership resorts.

Margaritaville Island Hotel Pigeon Forge in Tennessee, is a Margaritaville Vacation Club Associate Hotel. Associate Hotels are additional locations, beyond ownership resorts, that allow for a special short-term arrangement to provide more vacation options as a benefit of being a Margaritaville Vacation Club owner.

Yes, during the Standard and Express booking windows, you can use points associated with your Club Wyndham Select and/or Club Wyndham Access membership(s) to reserve your stay at Margaritaville Vacation Club resort locations.

As a Margaritaville Vacation Club owner, you can book a reservation at your “home” resort 13-11 months in advance of your check-in date, based on availability, using your Advance Reservation Priority window.   

You can reserve other Margaritaville Vacation Club resort locations 11-10 months in advance of the requested check-in date, based on availability.

At this time, priority reservation requests and benefits are only available at Margaritaville Vacation Club resort locations associated with your ownership.

The resort use is exclusive to owners staying on the property. Limited reservations may be available at the Margaritaville restaurant. Please call the restaurant in advance at 340-775-8310 to verify availability.

No. Your Margaritaville Vacation Club points do not offer any special benefits and/or priority during your stay at a Club Wyndham Plus resort location. If you own 300,000 points or more, you may be entitled to VIP by Wyndham benefits during your resort stays.

No. At this time there are no benefits when traveling to a resort outside of Margaritaville Vacation Club and Club Wyndham.

Upon becoming an owner of Margaritaville Vacation Club, an Owner Card will be sent to you by mail. If you have not received your Owner Card or need a replacement, you may call 866-645-4775 to request one.

No. The two cards are not interchangeable.

By calling the Presidential Reserve line, you will be able to discuss your entire membership and receive Presidential Reserve service for all reservation requests. The dedicated toll-free number for Presidential Reserve owners only is 1-866-RESERVE.
