We have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols and disinfecting measures, including the use of hospital-grade, virus-killing products approved by the CDC and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Other enhanced measures include:
Multiple cleaning stations with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. Furniture spacing to encourage hanging out at a safe distance in common areas. Frequent cleaning and disinfection of public spaces and high-touch items. Protective masks per local and regional requirements (which we’ll be happily smiling under). We encourage you to also bring your own masks for your personal safety and the safety of others. Check-in calls – we’ll give you a ring to make your arrival easier and breezier. Text notifications when your suite is ready.
Facial coverings or face masks are required by certain local or state orders and must be worn in all public places, including public areas within select resorts. Please refer to federal, state, and local government guidance for your home and travel destination to confirm current mask requirements. Visit your resort page to see if it is in an impacted area. If required, please be sure to bring your facial covering(s)/mask(s) in order to comply. If not required, we strongly encourage you to wear one for everyone’s safety.
Most resorts are open and our teams are excited to welcome owners on vacation! The standard cancellation policy is now in effect, with the exception of certain resort locations.
The following resorts have a temporary flexible cancellation policy available through May 16, 2021. If you need to cancel an upcoming reservation at one of these select resorts, you can do so online without penalty up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, and before the specified cut-off date. Vacation points, housekeeping credits, reservation transaction(s) used will be returned to account within 72 hours upon cancellation.
If your travel includes an international flight into the US (including U.S.V.I. and Puerto Rico), the CDC requires you to provide to your airline documentation of a negative viral COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of your departing flight or medical documentation of previous infection resulting in full recovery.
In addition, there may be local or state mandates in place that require similar preparation and/or documentation prior to your trip. Visit the COVID-19 Updates section on your resort page for more information about requirements prior to traveling to your destination.
